Using the Breez for T Cell Culture

Erbi’s Breez bioreactor provide a unique platform for T cell culture experiments. The system provides full control capabilities comparable to a rocking bag with only a 2 mL working volume. By running representative processes at a small volume, many experiments can be performed on a small sample of patient cells, reducing variability and cost for developing optimized cell therapy manufacturing processes. The small volume also allows for testing a wider range of process parameters, which would be otherwise intractable in larger volume systems to do materials and cost limitations, such as high perfusion rates or high seeding density.
